Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.   Email hello@essentialandkind.com if you need your order processing expedited.  We will do our best to accommodate.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS. ACCORDINGLY, SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN LISTED BELOW & IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard: 2 - 4 Business Days via USPS once processed.

Expedited Shipping: 1-2 Business Days once processed. Orders received after 10 AM PST will be shipped the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rate to be calculated at checkout.  These costs do not include international customs or import fees that may be applied once your parcel reaches its destination.  Essential + Kind is not responsible for any lost packages or packages that are held in customs.    If you have any questions or would like to ensure we can ship to your address, please email hello@essentialandkind.com.  

Return + Exchanges

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase but understand there are occasions when things just don’t work out. We recommend inspecting and trying on all items to ensure proper fit to ensure any returns can be made within the allotted 14 day return window.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept it, in its original condition, for refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery.  The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs (including customs, duties, and taxes when applicable).

Size Exchanges:  We will do our best to provide you with your correct size/item for exchanges. In the event you ordered the wrong size, please email us at hello@essentialandkind.com and we will set aside your correct size when available.  We recommend taking a look at the sizing notes for each garment listed to ensure you select the size for best fit. 

Please email hello@essentialandkind.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return address.  Include your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line.  As your return is approved, within 2 to 4 business days, we will provide you with a number to include with your return.    

All garments must be returned in the original condition in which they were received: unworn, unaltered, unwashed.

All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of your confirmed delivery and we recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Carefully pack all items and ensure they are well protected.  Be advised, if items are damaged in transit, their return may be refused.  Please allow up to 10 business days from arrival to process your return.
